Needle Felting is the process of using barbed needles to turn wool fibers into a more condensed material. The needles are pushed repeatedly through the fibers locking them together. Wallowa County is not immune to this national problem, and the Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness is the focal point for dealing with suicide locally.
