Dr. John Groupe is a retired veterinarian from Pendleton, Oregon. He has been a part-time outdoor writer for nearly 20 years. His second book…MY EASTERN OREGON is a collection of 78 of his favorite columns which have been published in regional newspapers and magazines. He is currently the outdoor columnist for Agritimes Northwest. He lives in Pendleton with Mrs. Groupe. They have three grown children.
