Meet Rose Bynum, a talented local artist from the Pacific Northwest who has been mastering the art of epoxy since 2018. Rose’s experience ranges from crafting intricate small art pieces to managing large-scale construction projects, making epoxy the most versatile medium she’s ever worked with. Rose is thrilled to share her passion and expertise with the Wallowa County community.
