Nez Perce Treaties Opening Reception

We’ll have some smoked salmon and other goodies for you, and David Liberty, our writer in residence, will tell you why he thinks the Treaty of 1863 should be “annulled.” There is some fine art work in addition to the treaty material. And you can take a look at an Original of the 1863 Treaty–a Friend of the Library made the purchase possible!
