Join us for an evening of creativity and fun as we paint the stunning Wallowa Lake and its beautiful moraines!
Bring your favorite beverage and settle in for a relaxed, social painting session with local artist Jennifer Hawkins. Together, you’ll create a beautiful acrylic painting inspired by original art and photo references of Wallowa Lake.

No experience? No problem! Jennifer will guide you step by step to make sure everyone leaves with a painting they’re proud of.

About Your Instructor:
Jennifer Hawkins is deeply inspired by the colors, textures, and forms of nature, especially in wild places. She grew up on a working ranch in northern Wallowa County and holds degrees in Fine Art, Arts Education, and Natural Sciences (BS, MS, MFA) from the University of Oregon.
Jennifer’s award-winning work spans fibers, painting, and sculpture, and she has taught art from kindergarten to college. She currently teaches at Joseph Charter School, Troy School, and right here at the Josephy Center for Arts and Culture from time to time.
