Wallowa Valley Youth Arts Festival Concert

This year we will have special new musical element to the Youth Arts Festival. The Youth Concert has been rescheduled for Friday, April 28nd from 5:30-6:30pm at the Joseph Center. Admission is FREE but donations are appreciated.
