ABOUT

Marissa recently moved to Wallowa County from Arizona in 2024. She has been dancing since she was three and trained in a variety of styles including contemporary, ballet, jazz, hip hop, and musical theatre. Through dance, she found a love for yoga and all types of movement. She received her Bachelors of Science in Public Health with a minor in Dance from Brigham Young University, where she taught a beginning level dance class and performed as a member of BYU’s DancEnsemble. She’s been teaching Zumba since 2018 and completed her YTT with Yoga Renew in 2020. When she’s not teaching, she’s chasing her two boys, hiking with her husband, or baking sourdough.
