Exhibitor listed on application is in agreement that the artwork will be displayed with the Josephy Center for Arts and Culture, 403 N. Main Street, PO Box 949, Joseph, OR 97846. Exhibitor or Exhibitor’s representative may not remove artwork from the gallery without signing the gallery’s copy of this agreement, acknowledging return of the artwork to the Exhibitor, Exhibitor’s representative, or to the purchaser of the artwork. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to pick up artwork at the end of the Exhibit or by arrangement. The Josephy Center will contact the artist about any artwork not picked up after 30 days in accordance with ORS 359.205.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LOAN AGREEMENT
- ART SALES. In the case of an art sale, the artist and Josephy Center will split the profit 70/30, 60/40, 50/50 or by written agreement depending on the Exhibit.
- REPRODUCTION. LENDER hereby gives the Josephy Center for Arts & Culture, the right to photograph or otherwise record via a website gallery and the described item(s) in any medium for purposes of archival record, catalog reproduction, education of publicity and the right to permit any authorized person or persons to do the same.
- LENDER’ S INSURANCE. If LENDER maintains his/her own insurance coverage for the described work(s).
- OWNERSHIP AUTHORITY. LENDER hereby expressly warrants that he/she is the owner of the described item(s) or is the legal representative of or has express authority to act as the agent for the owner in connection with the loan hereby made.
