Lisa Mackie Art Talk

We are honored to have master printmaker Lisa Mackie here as our first printmaking Artist-in-Residence. On Wed., July 26, at noon, Lisa will speak about her career, techniques, inspiration and more. Lisa Mackie is our 2019 printmaking residency award winner, based in New York. Lisa will be an Artist in Residence at Josephy Center from Mid-July through Mid-August, 2023. Her work will be on display in our main gallery July 27th- August 1st.

Join us for an abstract painting class with Cheryl Coughlan. Paint on a 30"x30" canvas. Beginners are welcome. Learn techniques of how to put paint on the canvas, composition and more. Bring your friends or come alone and meet people who want to throw paint around. We welcome snacks, drinks and conversation. After painting, we do a little discussion about the art we created.
