The purpose of the Chronicles of Change exhibit is to inform and generate thought and discourse among residents of Wallowa County and beyond about how social, economic, and ecological changes have affected and will/may affect Wallowa County and NE Oregon. The Exhibit focuses on the present and future, and may include what we have learned from the past. Chronicles of Change seeks to help Wallowa County achieve a more unified vision of the future, and generate community action.
