The Josephy Center for Arts & Culture offers the Youth Art Access Program to help make arts classes accessible to all youth. Eligible students (ages 18 and under) may receive 100% off one class per quarter.
We believe every young person should have the opportunity to explore creativity, build confidence, and participate in the arts.

Eligibility Guidelines
This program is intended for families who would not otherwise be able to participate due to financial need.
As a general guideline, eligibility aligns with Oregon assistance levels. (approximately 200% of the Federal Poverty Level)
Important Notes
- Valid for one class per quarter per student
- Cannot be combined or split among students
- Limited availability. First come first serve. Capacity may vary by year.
