Daniel “DJ” Lincoln is the systems manager at Josephy. Systems is a furry combination of IT, processes, HR, database management, and troubleshooting. DJ is a physicist by training (U Oregon, 2012), and an office assistant by practice. Astronomy, poetry, well ordered files are all sources of delight.
Living in Wallowa Country for most of his life has cemented a love of the long term. Making agile and strong community institutions is one of the lasting things. There’s an art in processes, a beauty in systems, and lasting good intent in the creation of processes.
He has worked at Wallowology, tree care, and teaching in the valley. He runs the local astronomy club, helped found potluck clubs, and his main mentorship tool is going for walks.
