Class registrations must be received at least 2 days prior to class start date. Classes labeled as “drop-in” are the only exception; for drop-in classes, students are welcome to show up at the scheduled time and date, no pre-registration required. In order for a class to run, the minimum amount of students must be enrolled with registration paid 2 days before the class start date.
If this minimum is not met the class will be cancelled and students will be refunded their fee.
If you need to cancel your registration, contact Josephy at 541.432.0505. Josephy will honor a full refund, minus a $10 administration fee, when the cancellation is made 3 or more days before the class start date. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 2 days before the class start date.
