The Library holds a series of Brown Bag lunches, presentations and conversations concerning The Josephy Center, our Wallowa community, Indians, and Western history and culture. Programs have examined the Civil War in the West, fire in the Wallowas, the evolution of canyon ranching and horse gear, flint knapping and Indian tools, weeds and plants of the Wallowas, etc.
Brown Bags are generally held first and third Tuesdays at noon, and are open and free to the public.
