Five friends of Wallowa County went north this past August to float the remote Tatshenshini and Alsek Rivers. The two week float began in the Yukon, continued into British Columbia, and ended in Dry Bay, Alaska. The entire journey is encompassed within three national parks and is a designated World Heritage Site.
Little Works Exhibition run from November 20th - December 30th and features small works of art that are 10in x 10in or less. All art will be priced under $200.

The Josephy Center is excited to bring you our first ever Livestock Art Show! We've invited local farmer and rancher artists to submit work to our call for farm and ranch animals and any scenes or depictions of farm and ranch life.
Join us for an evening of sipping wine(or other beverage of choice) and painting on a 30" x 30" canvas. Students learn various mark making techniques, composition and more. Bring beverages, snacks, and engage in lively conversation. Class concludes with a group critique. Beginners welcome.

Heidi Muller teaches all the basics of playing the dulcimer in this five-week workshop. Students can typically play one or two simple songs by the end of the first lesson. Music includes traditional tunes and familiar songs, as students progress from one-finger melodies to using chords. No musical experience required!
